Article One: Respect each other. We're all here to have fun with a little friendly competition to boot. Help out the strugglers once in awhile.

Article Two: Be nice, Abusing of other players member of Tis or not is not permitted. This is a serious offence We all should be capable of conducting a righteous game without offending the younger players ( i.e. we don't want an "explicit" rating ). Bad raps go to the SuperAdmin's Council to be discussed, so don't nag us with subjects that belong in the forum ( comments regarding game options or settings).

Serious stuff we want reported are:

Swearing on servers that request "no swearing"

Chat spamming (it breaks player concentration)

Team killing

Spawn killing unless the last remaining survivor is absent

And lets be real here: “Afk” or “Brb” players should not be killed (Duh!)

Article Three: Cheating or hacking is forbidden. This means no game mods or enhanced server capabilities to help players too weak to play like a normal gamer. This Includes any and all scripts.

Article Four: All members must maintain current e-mail address contacts. Immediately notify a SuperAdministrator of any updates to your address.

Article Five: You agree to wear you Tis tags [Tis]Username-RANK for all [Tis]games. If two members use the same computer, you must ensure that those person’s tags are changed.

Article Six: Passwords.

Only officers (members ranked SECOND LIEUTENANT (2LT) and above) are allowed to have server control rights. Deal with it.

Under no circumstances is any [Tis] member to disclose any password to an unauthorized person in or out of the clan.

Disclosing passwords to authorized persons should be done in private only. Use e-mail (this is why updated contacts are important).

Failure to follow this article is a serious breech of The Code of Conduct.

Article Seven: To take server control in a [Tis]server, you MUST wear your Tis tags.

Article Eight: Email a screen shot of any viewed breech of our Code of Conduct directly to a SuperAdmin (GEN or above) immediately.

Article Nine: SuperAdmins will review violations of the Code of Conduct. Levels of penalty can range from demotion in rank to expulsion from the clan.

Article One: ALL members may recruit.

Article Two: Recruiting Members need to have new recruits complete two tasks:

1. Fill out the Join Form (tisclan.net/join).
2. Register a new Account at the TisClan Website Here.

Article One: Ranks in Tis clan are defined by the position that a member holds in the clan.

Article Six: Every member is allowed to have only one in-game name ( Handle) associated with their [Tis]account.

Article Seven: Any rank above General is considered a "Super Admin"

Article One: All full members of Tis (PFc and above) have equal rights.

Article Two: If you are being reviewed for a violation to the Code of Conduct, you have the right to appeal to the SuperAdmins or to the Clan administrator.Your point of view will carry equal weight in the final decision.

Article Three: Report any violations immediately. Violations reported will be kept confidential. Sometimes players are unaware of their errant behavior.

Article Four: Initial violations are dealt a verbal warning. If violations continue, then the SuperAdmin's Council will review the case and decide on how to correct the behavior (i.e. the violator is in deep kim chee). Senior officer violations always require Council review (since Senior officers should know better).

Article Five: Your signature should be politically correct and not offend any race, religion or person.

Article Six: It is a violation to impersonate another member or allow someone to impersonate you.

Article Seven: Multi-clanning is a violation.

Article Eight: Your Website/Forum Username MUST match your InGame username. If you online name does not match please email the Website Admin And list the fallowing:

Your new website username:

Also the email must be sent form the email account you used to register your forum account.

Article Nine: Hacking or spamming accounts or forums is a violation.

Article One: For any article in the [Tis] clan constitution to be added, edited or deleted, there must be a majority vote by The SuperAdmins.

Article Two: The [Tis] Clan Constitution is maintained by the database administrator, and can only be edited by the database administrator.
